gardens and picturesque streets. It is also well-looked after and safe as it
has 24 hour security year-round. Overall, a very desireable neighborhood in
which to live.
Three staff members are
continuously employed to maintenance the complex, tend the gardens and collect
rubbish. There is a restaurant and a 250 m2 swimming pool (one of the largest

The annual maintenance fee for
