The house's roof terrace has a spectacular view of Kalkan Bay.  It is a wonderful place for breakfast, sunbathing and evening drinks.  You can watch the yachts entering and leaving the harbour.

In 2009 the house was rented for 90% of the season. Rental in the summer months is about £400 per week.
