stunning views of both bays. The walk into Kalkan is a convenient 12-15
min.
The villa is arranged
over 3 floors. The spacious open plan living area on the ground floor
connects well to the outside space through large glass doors at the

towards Kalkan.
Third Floor:
This floor comprises a

Outside the villa:
A large freshwater pool and spacious sunbathing terrace with sunloungers
and umbrellas. There is also a dining table and chairs for al-fresco
