Kalkan Deluxe Villas DVL245

Two detached deluxe villas, both with 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite), only a 5 minute easy walk to the town centre.  Both with sea views.  Located in the Likya Residences complex (see below for more information about the complex).

Likya Residences Complex: Composed of 28 villas this is a private complex open only to members.  It is one of the nicest part of Kalkan to live in as it is a very nice community in a calm, peaceful area of mature gardens and picturesque streets.  It is also well-looked after and safe as it has 24 hour security year-round.  Overall, a very desireable neighborhood in which to live.

Three staff members are continuously employed to maintenance the complex, tend the gardens and collect rubbish.  There is a restaurant and a 250 m2 swimming pool (one of the largest in Kalkan) with poolside cafe.  Private shared car park.

The annual maintenance fee for 2006 is expected to be approximately $1,200 for each property.  This fee is determined by the 28 memebers each year.  Each villa owner has an equal share in the pool, pool cafe and restaurant area.
